Every build begins with our fixed-price Discovery engagement. The aim is simple: understand how your team actually works, sketch the solution together, and prove the design before a single line of production code gets written. It's the discipline our clients hire us for.
Talk to the people who use it
We sit with the people who'll touch the software every day. Their pain points are your requirements. We listen for what slows them down today and where a tool built for them would change the day.
Map the work, not just the wishlist

Sketch the screens together

CleanBins
Alliance built and operates CleanBins — an AI computer-vision platform for council waste contamination detection. 6 councils, 600,000+ collections analysed, 98%+ accuracy, in partnership with the NSW EPA.
Broker Engine
Stuck in an expensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Broker Engine moved off the platform and saved hundreds of thousands in annual license fees. The result is what many consider Australia's best CRM for mortgage brokers, with a 92% NPS.
