The BenchmarqueIQ platform is a bespoke learning management system designed to address all aspects of administering The Benchmarque Group’s courses.
The Benchmarque Group staff needed to be able to create new courses and manage all aspects of event coordination and student administration. Building BenchmarqueIQ involved developing an entire learning management system from the ground up.
In addition to the delivery and management of online and offline courses, BenchmarqueIQ has automated a range of The Benchmarque Group’s business functions. These include sophisticated government reporting, real-time student verification, document generation, email and SMS communications, accounting software integration and partner portals.
BenchmarqueIQ leverages many third-party integrations. To deliver on this ambitious project, it was critical to establish a clear workflow process, and from this, we were able to manage the interaction between the different platforms.
