With a strong focus on split testing (an excellent technique to increase conversion from prospects to buyers) these sites still sell very well (especially those that also use video).

Sustainable School Shop is a specialist online classified system for Australian schools and the students who intend to sell or pass on uniforms, books and other school equipment.
The site has had strong support from schools around the country since inception. A particular feature of the site is its ease of use.
As the public face of the well known artist, the website offers an online catalogue of artists and their works. A feature of the site development is integration with the MYOB accounting system. The site facilitates ongoing sales for the artist and his two galleries.
This website is both visually impressive and offers a wide variety of features. The features include an online blog, members area and specialist wine purchasing functions (e.g. ordering by the bottle or the dozen), monthly membership program and the capacity to search by various wine attributes including varietal, region and rating as well as the normal price or keyword search.
This site is a popular and active online community of artists, jewellers and sellers of hand crafts. Participants can quickly set up shop and sell their goods. The site offers a variety of display interactions both for navigation and presentation of items for sale.
Revelation Software provide SAP solutions for business. The site was recently redesigned to enable better ease of use and to simplify the layout of the site.
As as a simple brochure website, we had a lot of fun working with Alan and Gayle on this site. The combination of Alan's photography from the region together with a crisp graphic design have really bought the site to life. The couple happily report increased bookings as a result.

As one of our earliest clients, we've worked with CVA for almost 10 years. Although CVA may not enjoy the name recognition of more politically active organisations such as Green Peace and World Wide Fund for Nature - it would rank as Australia's largest environmental organisation on the basis of its capacity to mobilize volunteers into environmental projects.
Our most recent engagement with CVA was assisting with the redevelopment of their volunteer and project booking services.
FraudWatch assists organisations such as financial institutions who are the likely target of large-scale online fraud. FraudWatch provide a defense against scams such as email phishing attacks. FraudWatch services include monitoring SPAM email on a massive scale looking for attempts to defraud its clients.
The system we've developed for them is both secure and private and as such we can't disclose its inner workings. However, we can say that the systems developed by Alliance make use of sophisticated data analysis and 24-7 monitoring to help FraudWatch combat phishing attacks around the globe. In addition, we've created automated tools to help their security analysts quickly identify and take down offending phishing websites.
We've worked with Ben Hanneman, developer of the industry leading agedcareonline.com.au directory to develop his latest project, an online Aged Care "radio".
The service is the only one we know of in Australia that offers music specifically targeted to those in Aged Care Facilities (i.e. aged 70 and upwards). In addition to developing an online radio system (with the program scheduling system you'd expect), we've assisted in the creation of a specialised broadcast system and 'slide show' interface capable as being played through televisions in Aged Care Facilities.
Developed as a project of for the Monash Volunteer Resource Centre, this website is being actively used by non-profit organisations to submit police checks online. In the majority of cases a response is provided in 24 to 48 hours, rather than the standard 6 to 8 weeks. At a technical level, this site uses strong encryption protocols to communicate directly with Canberra's CrimTrac servers to enable nation wide checks.
Competing in the fiercely competitive health and weight loss markets, Jon Gabriel has developed a unique and successful approach to weight loss. As a best selling author, Jon sells large volumes of books directly online. Our initial engagement was to address a variety of technical challenges associated with online operations, and subsequent engagements have included mentoring of their staff in Internet Marketing.
Starting out selling Mattresses door to door, Jason has created a bumper Mattress business. Nestled between major bedding retailers in Melbourne's outer east, the business is achieving impressive results when compared to larger organisations. We've enjoyed taking Jason's direct sales approach online and he now benefits from new web leads on a daily basis.

The Mega Success Club is a network of paid membership websites. The framework we've developed enables Dale Beaumont, the website owner, to rapidly deploy sites for his clients using this model. An example of one of the sites in the Mega Success Club network is Dale's own Secrets Exposed Club.
Market Samurai is a downloadable keyword research and search engine optimisation tool sold globally. Strategically, it was an opportunity to put into practice strategies we've been using with clients for years. The tool itself had its genesis in a keyword research process devised by former Alliance staff member (and now Noble Samurai CEO) Eugene Ware.
Since launching in August 2008 we've partnered with some of the worlds largest internet marketers, most notably Ed Dale, to distribute the software. In 15 months we had grown acquired over 95,000 users of the free version and over 20,000 paying customers.
Market Samurai was recently spun into it's own company with various related tools presently under development at present.

Web2TV is a joint venture between Alliance Software and Aged Care Online. Using cutting edge Internet Technology, we've created a specialised in house television service for Aged Care providers.
This service allows aged care facilities to communicate with residents using their existing Television network. It also enables the friends and families of those in Aged Care to post messages and photos which then appear within the facility for their loved ones to see.
The Web2TV service is now in use within 50 facilities around Australia, with new deployments monthly.
