  • Project Variety - the 'jobs' that you'll work on are rarely more than 8 weeks in duration, and in many cases, marketing specialists and developers will be required to do very short run tasks (e.g. from a few hours to a few days).

Many of our staff have double degrees, honors or masters qualifications. In addition, everyone working as a developer has passed rigorous technical testing.

  • Direct Customer Interaction - larger firms often have the luxury of hiding staff away in a dark room and only allowing team leaders or project managers to deal with clients. Whilst we also use team leaders and customer service staff, we expect all staff to work directly with our clients.

    Whilst we've been in business over six years, it was only 5 years ago that a decision was made to grow the company to a significant development firm. In that time we've expanded from 2.5 to 19 full time staff.

    Our growth is fueled by strong marketing activities - we've never run out of work in 6 years and at present cannot keep pace with demand for our services.

    We have aggressive growth targets for 2008 and 2009, so you'll be getting in on the ground floor of a dynamic firm.
